Holiday Catalog Preview!

I got my preorder from the Holiday Seasonal Catalog (no longer the holiday mini because it is definitely not mini) earlier today and I couldn't wait to play with my new goodies! I made this card for this week's challenges at Mojo Monday and Hand Stamped Sentiments. I used one of my very favorite stamp sets from the holiday catalog, called "Perfectly Preserved". This set is adorable, but I also love it because it reminds me of my mom. My parents put in a big garden every year, and my mom works her tail off every summer canning all the goodies, so that we can eat them all year. It is, however, unfortunate that there isn't a green bean in this set as that is what she cans the most. We love the green beans that my dad grows and my mom cans. We call them "Pappaw Green Beans" at our house and my kids gobble them up! :)

Sorry for my rambling, now to the card...

Stampin' Up Supplies Used:
Stamps: Perfectly Preserved (new), Fabulous Phrases
Paper: Early Espresso, More Mustard, Lucky Limeade, Raspberry Ripple, Very Vanilla, Orchard Harvest DSP (new)
Ink: Early Espresso, More Mustard, Lucky Limeade, Raspberry Ripple
Accessories: Big Shot, Cannery Framelits (new), Lucky Limeade ruffled ribbon, linen thread, Lucky Limeade brads (SAB- retired), glue dots, dimensionals

This set is so much fun to use and the very best part is that all of the shapes in the set can be cut out with the coordinating, Cannery Framelits! It makes it so easy. I am not a fan of "fussy cutting", so a quick run through the Big Shot works for me!

Here are the challenges if you would like to play along...

Thanks for stopping by! I hope to have more new goodies to show you in the coming days! :)

So fun and cute! I just love the lid for some reason. (Lack of sleep? Crazy? or it's just THAT adorable?)
